Bevers Joinery F C Bevers Joinery FC was formed in 2006 to provide a means for young players in this area to continue playing football at a local level after they finished junior football. Sponsored by Scott Bevers Joinery and based in Ulceby, the squad contains players ranging in age from 16 to 48 - although there aren't too many over 25! The players are mainly from Ulceby, Goxhill, Barrow, Barton and Brigg and most of them played together at Barton Youth Club where they were successful in winning absolutely nothing and now have a point to prove (I hope!). Home ground for Season 2006/07 is Goxhill Playing Field Team colours: Sky Blue / Navy (Home) and Emerald Green / Black (Away) with a third kit of Orange / Black somewhere in the manager's garage. I hope the team will primarily enjoy their football and hopefully win a lot of friends as well as the odd match or two.
