Ian Cawsey MP, Brigg and Goole
Welcome to Cawsey on the Web! It's all here so judge for yourself why this site was selected for praise in an academic study of MPs websites and why Richard Littlejohn described Ian as, "a special kind of genius!".

The current Home Page picture shows Ian hosting a parliamentary reception for Jessies Fund with their patron Victoria Wood and founder Lesley Schatzberger. There is more on the site about this event!

So enjoy and leave a message to say what you thought!
Welcome!!
With Victoria Wood & Lesley Schatzberger
What can I tell you about this site?

All the usual biography and contact details are on the site. If that's all you need off you go. But you'll be sorry for missing the rest.

Daft dogs, MPs bands, embarrasing photos from my youth, and all the latest news.

And just what did those academics say about this site?

The following is from the Salford University Study of MPs Websites.

"Much of the information (on MPs websites) was of a highly standardised nature very few sites appeared to have any personalised information.

One exception was Ian Cawsey’s highly idiosyncratic website that featured his life story (sporting achievements and musical talents) and many photographs, all written in a self-deprecating tone."
